Teamviewer Tools - Obtaining Remote support

 

When requested by an ECN employee, please download and launch the TeamViewer Support application from the following link:

Windows Users: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/version_11x/TeamViewerQS-idckgy9mt5.exe

Windows users can typically find the downloads folder by clicking the downloads icon in the browser, or use Ctrl J to display the downloads folder.

MacOS: Go to https://download.teamviewer.com/download/version_11x/TeamViewerQS.dmg

MacOS users can typically find the downloads folder by clicking on the downloads icon in the browser or use Command Option L in Safari or Command J from other browser.

Also, if running one of the later(more recent MacOSes), you may need to go to the system preferences, security & privacy control panel, then unlock the "panel" and open/launch TeamViewer and when prompted make sure the TeamViewer boxes are checked in the accessibility and screen recording panels.

WARNING: DO NOT SHARE THESE CREDENTIALS WITH ANYONE YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE AS BEING AN ECN EMPLOYEE!!!
