Dr. Barrett Caldwell was named a Fellow of IISE and also the IISE Outstanding Region 4 Faculty Advisor for this year. For his advising of the Purdue IISE chapter, he was honored for his "demonstrated substantial contributions to the chapter by supporting officers and student activities through excellence as a teacher, advisor, and mentor." 

Professor Denny Yu was honored with the Work Systems Teaching Award, a new award this year, for "leveraging the integration of Work Systems and Ergonomics to provide students “real world” experiences is exactly what we were looking for.  Also of note is [his] demonstrated passion for supporting both students and future educators - ensuring a successful pipeline of future Industrial and Systems Engineers."

Incoming Professor Reem Khir was honored with 2022 Best Track Paper, Facilities Design & Planning for her work titled, "Dynamic workload balancing with limited adaptability for facility logistics".
