Prof. Monica Cox at White House for NSF Policy Announcement
Cox is one of four experts participating in a September 26 panel and announcement at the White House on "Workplace Flexibility Policies for American Scientists and Their Families."
The other panelists are Tina Tchen, Chief of Staff to the First Lady and Executive Director of the Counsel on Women and Girls; Dr. Robert Birgeneau, Chancellor, University of California – Berkeley; and Dr. Catherine Hunt, R&D Director, The DOW Chemical Company. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Subra Suresh, Director, National Science Foundation.
