Madhavan and Douglas Receive Boeing Grant

Last week, The Boeing Company announced a grant awarded to Drs. Krishna Madhavan and Kerrie Douglas for the project entitled, “Contrasting user behaviors in online learning environments.”
This work will fundamentally influence how the Boeing Company utilizes decision support learning analytics in the design and execution of courses that they use to train thousands of on-the-job engineers currently building aircraft and other systems at the Boeing Company. The application of the results from this work to other industrial contexts has real potential to fundamentally change the way workforce focused training is designed and deployed in multinational organizations.
