First-Year Engineering's Engineering in the World of Data Learning Community hosted Jennifer Lyons, data designer at Evergreen Data, yesterday. They attended her Dawn or Doom session "Presenting Data Effectively: Practical Methods for Improving Evaluation Communication" to learn about her work to bring creative energy to making data intriguing and impactful while helping clients transform the way they communicate their story.

The learning community is in its first year and a collaborative effort led by Professors Tamara Moore and Sean Brophy (ENE), Nastasha Johnson and Michael Witt (Library), and Bradley Dilger (English).
