Zubin Jacob, Elmore Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Purdue, recently gave a plenary talk at the 51st annual conference on Physics of Quantum Electronics (PQE). The talk, entitled "Atomistic Topological Electrodynamics," focused on the theory of picoscale electrodynamics - where new topological phases of matter can emerge.
For more than 50 years PQE has been one of the world's leading venues for research on quantum optics. The annual physics conference attracts the world's experts in laser physics, quantum physics, and many other areas.
