When/how did you first get interested in ECE as an area of study?

I majored in Physics for all of my degrees. After PhD, I joined IBM T.J. Watson research lab in 2004 as a researcher. This industrial researcher experience allows me to apply my physics knowledge to practical engineering problems and converted me from an physicist to an electrical engineer.

How long have you been at Purdue?

I joined Purdue ECE in 2010.

Main area(s) of research:

My group research includes: Beyond Cu Hybrid Interconnects, Spintronic Devices and Circuits, and 2D Electronics.
