The Society for Imaging Science & Technology bestows the award to an individual in recognition of outstanding service to a Chapter or to the Society. Professor Allebach was recognized for creating the new Electronic Imaging Conference Measuring, Modeling, and Reproducing Material Appearance.
Professor Jan Allebach has received the 2015 Service Award from the Society for Imaging Science & Technology (IS&T). The Service Award is given to an individual in recognition of service to a Chapter or to the Society, usually for one or more outstanding services of relatively short duration.
