Discovery Park Offers Student Poster Research Competition
An interdisciplinary research poster competition on Dec. 3-4 is open for Purdue undergraduate and graduate students, focused on improving health care systems, delivery, care and products, as well as cancer prevention.
The two-day event at Discovery Park’s Mann Hall includes a networking retreat from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 4. Competition organizers are the Purdue Department of Foods and Nutrition and Discovery Park’s Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering and the Oncological Sciences Center.
Deadline for submissions for the undergraduate and graduate student divisions is Friday. Prizes in each category are $250 for first, $150 for second, and $50 for third place. Refreshments will be served at the retreat, which will include the announcement of the poster winners at 3 p.m.
