E.F. Bruhn Best Teacher Award
E.F. Bruhn Best Teacher Award
In every Spring semester, we ask the undergraduate students to help us recognize excellent teaching in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics via the E.F. Bruhn Best Teacher Award, which is awarded yearly to a faculty member with academic appointment in AAE.
Over the next couple of weeks, please take a few minutes to submit your vote for the E.F. Bruhn Best Teacher Award. Teaching is an important function of our professors. We would like your firsthand, objective opinion on who you think deserves this award. The approach and scoring system used here keeps the Bruhn Award from simply being a popularity contest. Any current student who has had one or more AAE instructors for class is eligible to vote.
Your votes determine the recipient of a plaque and cash award. Such recognition is important to a professor who works hard in teaching and cares about students. Aeronautics and Astronautics also uses the Bruhn award balloting to identify our nominee for the College of Engineering’s A.A. Potter Best Teacher Award.
